On 21st January 2025, we had the pleasure of hosting 40 enthusiastic students from Wayamba University of Sri Lanka at the Lanka Mangrove Museum.

The students explored our exhibits and were captivated by the beauty and importance of mangrove ecosystems. It was heartening to see their curiosity and engagement as they learned about the critical role mangroves play in protecting coastal environments and supporting biodiversity.

We hope this visit inspires them to take action for mangrove conservation and to share their newfound knowledge with others.
