Ven. Pahiyangala Ananda Sagara Thero's Visit to Lanka Mangrove Museum
On October 22, 2024, the Lanka Mangrove Museum had the honor of welcoming Ven. Pahiyangala Ananda Sagara Thero and his esteemed group. During their visit, they explored the various exhibits dedicated to the vital role mangroves play in preserving our environment and supporting coastal biodiversity.
The museum’s Director personally escorted the group, providing an in-depth briefing about each exhibit and highlighting the importance of mangrove conservation. The visit fostered an engaging discussion on sustainable environmental practices and the cultural significance of mangrove ecosystems.
