As part of their field trip, Eastern University undergraduates visited the museum with Dr. A.J.M. Harris. The museum conducted a mangrove awareness program. They examined the museum exhibits and learned more information through the museum director and education officer. They were excited and spent a lot of time learning about the mangrove ecosystem.
