Planting Programme with the Kalpitiya Nachchikalliya Children’s Society

On 18 August 2026, a tree-planting programme was conducted with the participation of the Kalpitiya Nachchikalliya Children’s Society.

The programme aimed to encourage children to understand the importance of environmental conservation and to develop a sense of responsibility towards protecting nature. The children actively participated in planting young plants and learned about the importance of caring for them and protecting the environment.
