School Environmental Pioneers Program is an initiative of the Central Environmental Authority (CEA) is implementing a broad network in cooperation with the Ministry of Education within the school system. 

This program encourages Environmental Pioneers to participate in a variety of environmental activities as well as to learn about environmental conservation. 

As a result, the museum assisted these students in becoming aware of the mangrove ecosystem through an awareness program in the auditorium and a visit to the natural mangrove cover behind the museum to have a better understanding of this vital ecosystem.
