An education program was conducted by the museum to raise awareness of mangrove ecosystems among preschool teachers, and a few senior preschool teachers led a workshop on how to teach children environmental protection. Teaching techniques about protecting the environment were practised both indoors and outdoors. As a result of the museum staff’s support, the participant’s goal is to bring preschool children to the museum so that the children can learn more about the Lanka Mangrove Museum.
